today was one long day. indeed.
overslept for basketball in the morning.

then near end of match got very bad giddyness. and.. walkwalk.. bang fence.. COLLAPSE ON FLOOR ._. *faints* (think due to lack of glucose :X)

okay. it means that my world was spinning. super blur :X
mm. was rather lost for a while then slightly better.

"you must not murder." (exodus 20:13)
The sixth commandment obviously forbids the taking of another human life got no justifiable reason. You might think, "well, i've not murdered anyone, so i kept this commandment."

But in the sermon on the mount, Jesus taught, "You have heard that our ancestors were told, "you must not murder. if you commit murder,you are subject to judgement.' But i say if you are even angry with someone,you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot, you are in danger of being brought to court. And if you curse someone, you are in danger of the fires of hell." (Matthew 5:21-22)

So, anger in out hearts can be like murdering someone. In fact, 1 John 3:15 tells us, "Anyone who hates another brother or sister is really a murderer at heart." Strong words! But this tells us that God takes this very seriously.

We all lose our tempers here and there. But this speaks of hating, loathing, or despising someone.It is allowing bitterness toward someone to develop over time-to the point that you seethe with anger when you see that person, or even hear his/her name....
