Dear Lord, i thank you for this beautiful day.

well, the past week has been really tiring ._.
catching up with previous work, but lagging behind again.
really got to work harder to catch up.

finally managed to get straight As for NAPFA this year.
missed by 5 secs for A last for 2.4km run :x
results for 2009 :)
2.4km run: 12mins 55sec. (like WOW luh. Praise the LORD! :D )
Shuttle Run: 10.88 sec (i freaking slipped ._.)
Sit and Reach: 47cm / 48cm? (老了.. :x)
Standing Broad Jump: 183 cm!!! (YATTA!!!!!! 'A' was >182cm :x)
Inclined Pull-Ups: 40! :x (miss pin say my arms strong LOL :D )
Sit Ups: 46 ? ( ._.)

sprained my left ankle while running 2.4km today :(
first round somemore leh ._.
then quarelled with someone and just continued running.
once again, Praise the LORD. :)
12:55 mins, i wonder if i can get top 10 ma.. :(
really hope can, if not all my hard work down the drain alr :(

hai then recess condition became very bad :(
started having very bad giddiness and nausea :(
went to sick bay rest. teacher say i damn pale ._.
crapped. then went english. crapped even more.
